4 Ideal Fitness maintains a unique additional requirement that each newly certified trainer also complete an observation period with owner Linda Cole before they can begin working with clients. During this period, the trainer shadows Linda throughout her client training schedule, observing actual client interaction and support. Linda also requires that each trainer complete a six session training schedule where Linda trains them as if they were her client so that they can fully understand the 4 Ideal Fitness experience.

In this way, the 4 Ideal Fitness trainers receive enhanced hands-on training and clients are assured that each meets Linda’s high standard of professionalism.
